Fred Perkins - founding Chairman and CEO

Fred Perkins has 25 years' experience in the information industry. He was Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of The Stationery Office Ltd (TSO), where he was part of the management team which bought the HMSO business operations from government on its privatisation in 1996. He has also held director-level posts at The Financial Times, McGraw-Hill Publishing, and Citibank. He is chairman of the Electronic Publishers Forum of the Publishers Association, Chair of the DTI's Innovation and Growth Task Force for software, digital content and related services; and also chair of the Public Policy Forum and a member of the Executive of the Broadband Stakeholder Group.

Tony Blin-Stoyle - Commercial Director

Tony Blin-Stoyle is a seasoned general and commercial manager, with significant experience in new ventures, both in the context of a large corporate and an independent start-up. A substantial period at the Financial Times culminated in his roles as managing director of FT.com and commercial director of Financial Times Electronic Publishing. His previous roles at the FT included worldwide advertisement director, director of FT Television and planning director for FT Media. In 1999 he left the FT for a start-up and, as founding managing director, spent 4 years building UpMyStreet.com Ltd which established itself as a significant new brand and services provider. In July 2003 he became venture leader, media of Henley-Incubator Limited, now owned by Corven. He was Sales & Marketing Director of Information TV from 2003 to 2005 and then left to set up and run the UK & Ireland operations for PARSHIP GmbH, a highly successful online dating venture.
Gavin Barrett - Non-executive Director

Gavin Barrett is chairman of Pica Consulting, which primarily provides strategic and product-development services to clients in the TMT sector. A former partner with PA Consulting Group, He has also been operations director for the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He began his career with the Granada Group) and subsequently held management positions with Decca and Reader's Digest Inc. He has published widely on business issues, including The Independent, Sunday Times and Guardian and, in 1996, he published Forensic Marketing (McGraw-Hill). Bill Gash - Commercial Consultant

Bill Gash has worked in the media industries for over twenty years in national newspapers, consumer and business magazines and more recently in online advertising and television. Prior to joining Information TV Bill has successfully run his own independent consultancy business, Partners in Television, advising a wide variety of clients on the commercial potential of emerging media channels in television and broadband internet. Before this he has worked for leading media companies such as Yahoo!, Trinity Mirror and IPC Magazines (now a division of AOL Time Warner). Bill is active within a number of industry bodies including the Branded Content Marketing Association, the IAB and the DMA. Bill is also a member of the Royal Television Society.
